The best place to live in México City....
Imagine living just a stone's throw away from Leon Trotsky's house and the amazing 'Casa Azul', which laid residence to the famous painter Frida Kahlo. . .in a quiet residential area, surrounded by parks, café's filled with artists and students and cobbled streets full of culture. . .well, here at Coyohouse you will be able to experience all that and more, living the real Mexican lifestyle with new, fun friends!
The location of the house is perfect as we are right in the heart of coyoacán. Walk a couple of blocks and you will find one of many beautiful churches in the area or Street vendors selling traditional Mexican gifts and food. . .. there is always something new to discover here. Coyoacan is not just known for its tourist attractions; it also boasts some of the best restaurants and cafés where artists from all over the city flock to for inspiration.
If you're somebody who likes a bit of retail therapy, Coyoacán has you covered! Walk 15 minutes and you will find the big mall, which has everything you will ever need. . .or, if you prefer something a bit more unique and bohemian, there is the traditional Coyoacán market, that sells fresh food, flowers and clothes 7 days a week. There is also a supermarket within walking distance and Don Chema's shop on the corner of the Street. Mexico city is known for its incredible Street food and Coyoacán is no exception. We have some of the best tacos around the corner from the house. . .a real treat!
The best thing about the area is the transportation links as the house is in close proximity to two metro stations, numerous buses and taxis.
The room
All of the rooms are very homely and comfortable with wide windows, closet, desk, Internet, and very good natural lighting.
Last rooms available! Ideal for students from UNAM, IBERO, TEC de Monterrey, CEPE, CNA.
To secure a room we ask for one months rent in advance and a deposit, which will be returned on leaving, provided you give us one months notice beforehand.
